This page is my virtual workout log. On it, you will find the links to pretty much all of the workouts I personally go through (as of April 30, 2009). The goal with this "workout log" is to give you some more cool training ideas, give you more insight into how I stay in tip top shape, and to give you some behind-the-scenes
