I put this upper body workout together a little while back to still proves to be one of the most exhilarating chest and ab workouts.
All you need for this workout is your body weight, 2 dumbbells, a box/bench/step, and a pull-up bar. To get the most out of this upper body workout simply follow my instructions and really try to push yourself through each exercise. The 5 exercises are the following:
DB Push-ups x maximum reps
Pull-ups x maximum reps
Shoulder Press Push-ups (or pike push-ups) x maximum reps
Pull-up with Knee Raise x maximum reps
DB Push-up Pull x 8-12 reps
Perform this quick upper body workout 2-3 times per week and watch the difference you'll see in your chest, abs, and arms!
