How to Lose Inches Off Your Waist

If you want to lose inches off your waist, then you need to start by exercising more and eating less. I'm sure you've heard that before, right? But are you applying what you know? Most people aren't and that's why "fatness" is holding roughly 66% of the North American population hostage!

People ask me all the time if sit-ups and abdominal exercises will help them lose stomach fat. My answer is always the same - NO!

You need to exercise with full body exercises that recruit a lot muscle and thus burn a lot more calories. Second, your diet needs to be spot on. Try reducing the amount of refined carbs and sugars in your diet because often these foods will make you bloated and ADD inches to your waist. Not good.

One of my Fitter U clients, Monika, lost 4 inches from her waist. I'll let her tell you a bit about her story:
