How to Make Exercise Fun

It's pretty obvious that most people don't enjoy exercising. If they did, I doubt we'd see so many overweight and unhealthy people walking the streets.

But I'm here to show you how exercise can be fun. Not only will you get to enjoy the end results (ie. losing weight, get stronger, etc...) of regular exercise, but I'll show you how you can actually enjoy the process as well.
