Welcome to the first installment of my "Home Workout, Hot Body" series. The reason I'm putting these at home workouts together is to show you how you can get fit and lose weight at home with less equipment, less time, and less space.

You see, many people have the misconception that in order to get fit you have to join a gym or spend thousands of dollars on a trainer. Sure these things help but there are also small things that you can do at home on a daily basis that can also make a big difference for you.

Getting in shape and losing weight boils down to getting your body's metabolism elevated so that it burns more calories throughout the day. Therefore, with these home workouts I'm going to show how, in as little as 3 minutes per day, you can start revving up your fat burning machine.

Today's workout - Part 1 - will show you how you can use a kettlebell or a knapsack to get a great full body workout in just a few minutes. Plus, you won't even that much space. Personally, I do these workouts on my patio and even in my bedroom. My goal with this home workout series is to take away any excuses that you might have about working. No longer will a lack of time, space, or equipment be an issue for you. The only question that remains is whether you're willing and motivated to make a change???
