If you are looking for some good exercises that will help you lose weight at home, then you are going to want to stay on this page. Losing weight at home doesn't have to be challenging. In fact, if you don't have a gym membership realize that there are tons of great exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own living room.
Let's start by having a look at this enjoyable home workout that I put together for you. All you need is your bodyweight and a few minutes. Watch and learn:
Repeat this workout 2-3 times. It might take you at most 20 minutes. You can repeat this workout every other day of the week until your body finds it to be too easy. Then, you're ready to add some more challenging pull body strength training exercises to your routine. Again, these you can do at home as well.
Here's another workout video to show you what I mean. Move onto this workout after the one mentioned above becomes too easy for you.
Here are the exercises and workout structure from this video:
1-Arm DB Cleans - 15 seconds each arm
Box Jumps - 30 seconds
Burpie Squat Press - 30 seconds (these are killer!)
Push-Pull Incline Twists - 15 seconds each arm
Speed Skater Lungs - 30 seconds
Squat Uppercuts - 30 seconds
Repeat this workout for 2-3 sets and you'll be dripping sweat.
Again, the whole idea with these home workouts is that require no more than your bodyweight, maybe a few dumbbells, and some good intensity. Hey, you can even do these exercises outdoors or even while you're traveling.
Just remember that the key to losing weight, regardless of where you working out, is to maintain a high intensity. You should be huffing and puffing and taking little rest in between your fat burning exercises. This will make your workouts more time efficient and burn far more calories than if you sat around for a few minute between each one!
