4-Minute Cardio Blast Workout

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this workout is for you. Since posting it several months ago on YouTube it has quickly become one of my most popular videos. All it takes is 4 minutes of your time and you can do the workout anywhere! That's right - anywhere.

No equipment needed. Just a few minutes out of your day and a desire to get in great shape.

The 4-Minute Cardio Blast Workout consists of 4 cardio-based exercises. You will be doing each exercise for 30 seconds (or longer if you're feeling crazy!) with no rest in between each, and repeating this circuit workout for 2-3 sets.

This is a fantastic workout to get your day started. If you're interested in losing weight this cardio workout will boost your metabolism for several hours and keep your calorie buning furnace alive. If you're really motivated try doing this workouts 2-3 times throughout the day when you're feeling tired or stressed.

The cardio exercises are:

Jumping jacks x 30 seconds

Tread climbers x 30 seconds

Burpies x 30 seconds

Quick step-ups x 30 seconds
